Techno wizardry

Feast your eyes on the worst/best music video ever made. Don't watch it too many times or you will become hypnotized and actually start to love the song. Trust me, I speak from experience.

Chris Dane Owens is absolutely my favorite new musician for 2009. His dance moves are both majestic and graceful. And need I mention the hair? It's practically luminescent. I predict techno wizardy will be a big part of this year's entertainment culture.

Now, you know I'm not prone to exaggeration. So take me at my word when I say that Techno Wizardry video was the best combination of sight and sound in the history of our universe. Now I know what the shepherds felt like when the choir of angels descended to sing hymns in honor of Jesus' birth. Wow.

The ability that Chris (that's right, we're on a 1st name basis at this point) has to look like he is playing the guitar, but really has never even seen someone use one, is priceless. Slam that fret Chris! Slam it! Just watch out for crocodiles!

In the words of Pooty Tang, "Sada tay my damie, sada tay".

If anyone can figure out how to put this on full screen, PLEASE let me know.

This video still gets me every time. I'm trying to figure out my favorite moment. Tuxedo BS reminded me of the awesome crocodile lunge frame. At the moment, I think my favorite part is when the small sword (large dagger?) is thrown past the three twirling women who all, by virtue of their amazing spinning abilities, manage to avoid being peierced by the blade. Who knew fancy twirling could be such a powerful defense mechanism?

Thanks to Jacob for sending me the video. My favorite part is when he's riding in the sled. Hyah!
