Movie mistakes

I actually think that if the whole school thing doesn't work out for me I should be a continuity specialist. I usually find one or two things per film/show. One of my favorites is from Sex and the City. In the episode when the Russian puts pressure on Carrie to go to Paris (later the party girl falls out the window), there is a wardrobe inconsistency. When she's getting ready to leave Carrie puts on a white coat and, as the camera switches perspective between her and the Russian, the coat's collar switches between up and down.
My favorite movie error has to be the pancake/croissant switch in the breakfast scene in Pretty Woman. How could they not have noticed that when filming?
