I can't give a full list but in my book, 30 Rock is at the top of those five.
I STRONGLY DISAGREE with Two and Half Men being the worst.. Charlie Harper is "The Man" (necessary quotations), his fat moron nephew Jake is funny too,,
I can give you some much worse ones as a example:

Scrubs (when it came back from the 'series finale')

Modern Family has been such a disappointment. The first season was great but the so far the second season SUCKS.
30 Rock has gone to crap now too. What is going on?!
