I have to admit that pilsner is not my favorite style, but I found this one pretty refreshing. Sweet but not too sweet on the aftertaste. It has a well balanced flavor and impressed me overall.
I could see this beer pairing well with fried appetizers (cheese sticks, fries, Bloomin' Onion), grilled mushrooms and fish.
